95/23/48/23/48/23 I think he should be OU because he could work very badly in some situations and very good in others. The main problem is his ability won't let you switch.

i thhink hes an uber because hes still like a wobbufet except he learns more moves than a wobbufet.So i guess hes an uber.

Definetly OU. He doesn't have the stats of Wobbofet and can't take hits anyway. He is also taking down from the likes of Toxic, Burn etc..

i say OU or maybe BL but not UBER because sure his ability is good but even if he traps someone most pokes can take it down because hes just not bulky enough. its not nearly as good as wobufett.

I say OU cause he can't take hits like wobbofet, but shadow tag prevents him from being like BL or something

Technically yes but pokemon like Chansey and Scyther are also NFE so since Wynaut is Uber by Smogons standards we're going to allow it in OU for our clan (According to votes)
