I'm not positive about this one but he does have 180 base def and his attack is 110 which isn't bad.
So I think I'd say UU or maybe BL | |

| NU Because in OU he fails completely to Close Combat in OU and from the many Earthquakers there to. Sure he has the defenses but he still falls to those moves. I'm still iffy about UU to because of threats like Hitmontop and Hitmonlee running around. I'd have to go with NU | |
